Last year's winner Selena Gomez plays Alex Russo on Wizards of Waverly Place. Alex is a teen who comes from a long line of sorcerers and magicians. She occasionally tries to use her powers to advance her social status (it doesn't usually go well). With a slew of fans, including teen idol Justin Bieber, Selena might not even need to wave that wand to make the blimp all hers. FUN FACT: Selena stars, alongside Leighton Meester, in the upcoming film, Monte Carlo.She didn't also win last year but also this year at KCA 2011.She won blimp for favorite TV actress.Well done Selena!!!
